It’s not always easy for our customers to remember to come back to the workshop in between services to check their tyres, brakes, timing belts and the other essential mechanics of a vehicle. We also understand how upsetting it can be to be given a large bill for unplanned, unscheduled work when you come in for their next service. That is why we have introduced a complimentary, innovative service that will enable you to avoid these issues and give you extra peace of mind.
By identifying mechanical issues which could, in the future, cause needless expense to other parts of your vehicle. We can identify parts which still have a couple of months wear in it, but will need replacing before your next service appointment, then we can contact you by either email, phone or SMS based on your preference, when the work needs doing. If nothing is wrong we will ensure that you have a record of your car’s clean bill of health.
